Where do you ship to?
Currently shipping is only available within Australia. We are planning to expand to accepting orders from international locations as soon as we can!
In the meantime if you see an item you like, please check our Etsy store which accommodates international shipping, and get in touch if you have any requests.
How long does shipping take?
Once you place an order, this will be processed and shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post service.
Orders with only polymer clay tools and/or jewellery supplies will be processed within 3 business days. Orders including jewellery will be processed within 10 business days, to allow for finishing the jewellery.
Standard shipping is currently estimated by Australia Post to be within 7 business days, and Express is estimated 1-3 business days.
Please note that Express Post is not priority processing, and the 7 business day estimate will still apply.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge flat rate shipping on all orders.
Standard post costs $10.00, or is free when you spend over $100.00.
Express post costs $15.00, or is free when you spend over $150.00
How do I track my order?
You will receive Australia Post tracking details via email once your order has been shipped!

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you have an issue with your items, please get in touch as soon as possible upon receipt of your order so we can review your request.
This may include requiring you to return your items to us in order to assess them and issue you with a refund (minus the shipping fee) or exchange. In this case you will be required to return your items to us within 7 days. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Items that are damaged during delivery should be taken to your local post office to be investigated.
Tracking will be provided with every order. If there is an issue with tracking not showing the item being delivered or the delivery is lost, please escalate this with Australia Post to investigate.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange if:
- An item is faulty and does not perform its intended purpose as described
You are not entitled to a refund or exchange for the following reasons:
- An item has been damaged due to misuse, lack of care, or improper handling by you
- Change of mind
- You have selected the wrong item by mistake
Please be advised that for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on jewellery.
Purchase of discounted and sale items are final.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once we receive your order, we will start working to get it to you as soon as possible! For that reason we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders.
Please ensure your order details are correct before check out, including the delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we can arrange to resend this to you with an additional shipping fee.
